Our work starts with how your business actually runs — who touches an enquiry, what happens next, where things stall — and only then with the technology. Automation applied to a broken process just breaks things faster.
How we think about AI
We're not interested in selling AI as an idea. The questions that matter are ordinary ones: how many calls did you miss last month, what happens to a lead that arrives on Saturday, how long does your team spend on work a computer should be doing. If automation doesn't change one of those answers, we'll tell you it isn't worth doing yet.
We're also careful about what we claim. There are no invented client results on this site, no fabricated testimonials, and no compliance badges we haven't earned. When we have verified client outcomes to publish, we'll publish them with the client's name on them.

Miami Flow AI is run by one person. That is deliberate, and worth being straight about, because it changes what working together looks like.
There is no account manager relaying your requirements to someone you never meet, and no junior picking up your build after the sale. The person who runs your audit is the person who writes your call scripts, connects your CRM, and answers the phone when something needs changing. When you say "the AI is asking the wrong question on that call", it gets fixed by the person you told.
The honest trade-off: a one-person company has limited capacity, so we take on a small number of builds at a time rather than pretending otherwise. If we can't start when you need us to, we'll say so rather than book you in and disappoint you.
